But the real showstopper was the Mardi Gras: fluffy Belgian waffles stacked with coconut ice cream, fresh fruit, maple syrup, fairy floss, whipped cream, and Maria biscuit crumb. I genuinely couldn’t stop eating it. The vibes is Cute, cozy, and unmistakably Melbourne.
