@hotel.collingwood is a great spot for catching up with friends over a drink and a seriously satisfying meal 😋 We started with the tempura cauliflower — perfectly crispy and full of flavour, it set the bar high. The spicy chicken popcorn followed and definitely lived up to its name — crunchy, juicy, and just the right amount of heat 🔥 The barramundi was fresh and beautifully cooked, with a balance of flavours that let the fish shine. But the real standout was The scotch fillet steak. Cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, and paired with a rich, creamy mushroom sauce that brought it all together 🤤 And we couldn’t leave without dessert — the hazelnut tiramisu was a dream!
