Traveling, for me, instantaneously becomes 10x more fun if I have a rare experience. In the end of Feb this year, I went on a family vacation to Chandigarh, Amritsar, Shimla and to its surrounding hill stations 🏔 I was hoping we’d see snow in Shimla, since winter is my favourite season, but we were told by locals that the snow for the winter season was over and snowfall was highly unlikely. On the day that we were at an amusement park in Kufri, eating some delicious lunch inside a small cabin-like restaurant, was when I first spotted the flurries! ❄️ I was so excited and kept hoping that the snow would come down harder 🌨 It felt like nature had heard my pleas - there was so much snowfall in the next hour or so that we couldn’t even leave the restaurant to get to our car. • • • Have you experienced a travel miracle like this before?
