This dessert is literally water that decided to get fancy. 💧✨ Tried the Mizu Shingen Mochi (aka Raindrop Mochi) at Bao To Me, Koramangala - wobbly, jiggly, and lowkey looks like a crystal ball predicting your future. 🔮 The dish is made from mineral water and agar - thus, it has practically no calories. 🌟 My Take: If jelly went to fashion school in Japan, it would turn into this. Taste-wise? On its own it’s kinda bland ngl… but when you pour over the roasted soybean powder + brown sugar syrup, it actually feels like a dessert. Worth a try just for the experience. 💧 Mizu Shingen Mochi – ₹375 📍Location: Bao To Me 2nd floor, CNA Arcade, 37, 1st Main Rd, 1st Block Koramangala, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034 🔖 Tags: Bao To Me, Koramangala Desserts, Must Try in Bengaluru, Bangalore, Indiranagar, Unique Food in Bangalore #BaoToMe #RaindropMochi #KoramangalaFood #BangaloreDesserts #Koramangala #UniqueEats #RiyaFlona #BangaloreFoodies
