It's a witty, humourous, cozy mystery novel sets with uncommon protagonist, self indulged sleuth Ishmayel who suddenly found out that his daughter-in-law is having an affair. So as per formula Ishmayel started following his daughter-in-law and all the fun begins. But then plot twisted to unexpected trouble, the alleged new boyfriend, the person killed by someone, who? It's a gripping narrative making readers glued and smile while reading. Cleaver story telling from multiple POV is making it riveting, and atmospheric read. It would be more fun if the author had aded more chapters of Ishmayel's wife Nysa and Marianna's husband's pov, then it would be a blast of fun and adventure. It is a rollercoaster of fun and detective drama and the author is Baldachhi fan I think, I liked the stylish characters. Rating - 4.5/5 Have you read this type of plot? I would love to read a book where a self appointed seluth find out mystery in their own family, give me suggestions.
