🌱 Regrow Your Leeks Like a Pro! Yes, you can regrow leeks from kitchen scraps—even if they have flat bottoms! Just make sure they haven’t been split lengthwise. 🫙 How to regrow leeks: Leave about 1 inch (2.5 cm) of the stalk above the root. Place it in a shallow bowl of water—just enough to keep the roots submerged and the stem above water. Put it by a sunny window ☀️ Change the water every few days.
