Give Children Early Access to the Stage Today, while going for an event, I also took my child along and even gave them a chance to stand on stage. Why? Because I believe stage exposure should start early. When children speak in front of people, they don’t just overcome nervousness, they build confidence, communication skills, and the courage to face bigger opportunities in life. Stage fear is real. If not addressed early, it shows up later during interviews, presentations, or even leadership roles. But when kids get the mic today, they won’t fear it tomorrow. Let’s encourage our children to speak, present, and shine in front of others. It’s not just a stage, it’s a foundation for their future.
