There’s something about Ducati motorcycles that makes you go wow. Yes, the design gets you first but ride one and everything else fades away. This new generation of Italian machinery is special. That V4 engine is special. It’s not just mechanical, it’s emotional. It makes you feel things. That giggle in your stomach? Blame the motorcycle. That stupid grin that refuses to leave your face? You know exactly who’s responsible. For 2025, the Streetfighter feels reformed. Meaningful changes but make no mistake, the madness is still very much intact. This is a naked motorcycle with over 200 horsepower. Wild doesn’t even begin to cover it. Ducati India was kind enough to loan us this machine for India Bike Week. Just 90 kilometres on the odometer and you could smell the newness. By the time we were done, we had added nearly 600 kilometres to that number. And somewhere along the way, we realised God is real. Every throttle input feels like an attempt to bend time and space and that’s still in Road mode. Sport is intimidating. Race? IMMAPOOPMYPANTS. And then there’s the handling. It turns like a ballerina dancing to her favourite tune; graceful, precise, effortless. Just remember this one thing while watching all of this unfold, this is a naked bike.
