Whether it comes from your manager, your leader, or even your junior, knowing how to receive feedback can accelerate your personal and professional growth. In this video, I share 𝟰 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 to receive feedback the right way: 1️⃣ Focus on active listening 2️⃣ Replace “but” with “tell me more” 3️⃣ Ask for help 4️⃣ Appreciate their time 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱. Reflect on what mistakes you’re making while receiving feedback, note down the behaviors you’ll avoid, and decide how you’ll change the way you respond. When you follow these steps, you don’t just grow faster but you also create a safe culture where honest and constructive feedback becomes a habit.
