
6 Months into My Fitness Journey: What I’ve Learned as a 41-Year-Old Woman 💪🏽✨ If you’re struggling to stay consistent or feel lost, here are my biggest takeaways: 1️⃣ No One-Size-Fits-All Diet 🍽️ Keto, paleo, IF—everyone online swears by something. But your body is unique. I focus on what fuels me, what keeps me energized & what fits my lifestyle. Don’t blindly follow trends—listen to your body. 2️⃣ Protein is IMP As a vegetarian at home, I thought my protein options were limited—turns out, I was so wrong! I’ve become the Kebab Queen, turning soaked & boiled pulses into delicious protein-packed kebabs. Want the recipes? Send me “RECIPE” in DM & I will share it with you! I also added pea protein powder to meet my daily intake—a game-changer for muscle recovery & strength training! Along with paneer, tofu, nuts & seeds! 3️⃣ Crash Diets Don’t Work (Long-Term) Quick weight loss is tempting, but sustainability is key. I built a routine I can follow for life, not just a few months. That’s why I eat in an 8-hr window & fast for 16 hrs, 6 days a week! Instead of mindless snacking, I opt for nuts, seeds, & for dessert I use dates stuffed with nuts & a light chocolate coating (best after meals to reduce sugar spikes!). 4️⃣ Ditch Fried & Outside Food 🚫🍟 Samosas, chips, kachoris? Gone. Processed & outside food? Cut off. Why? Because you never truly know what’s in it. Instead, I fuel my body with home-cooked meals. 5️⃣ Cheat Smart 🍫✨ I love my Friday or Saturday night cheat meal—because I earn it! & it keeps me sane #iykyk 6️⃣ Strength Training = More Protein Needed 🏋🏽♀️ If you’re lifting, you must up your protein intake. My go-tos? Paneer, tofu, soya, pulses, & a pea protein supplement. Muscle isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s for strength, longevity & metabolism! Hope this helps you on your journey! Got questions?
