#kalaripayattu said to be Introduced by Lord Parashurama, is one it the oldest forms of martial arts, originated in Kerala 🌴 The movements require a lot of body fluidity and mobility, with the aim to make the human body a weapon! In the 2 and half months of training - I gained more flexibility, resilience and better reflexes than before!
