Badam milk recipe without any sugar ✨ Ingredients- Milk: 1 cup (warm) Dates: 5 (deseeded) Almonds: 4-5 (plus extra for garnish) Pistachios: A few (crushed) Saffron strands: A pinch Warm milk: 2 tablespoons (for soaking saffron) Instructions: ✨Prepare the Dates-Almond Paste: Soak the deseeded dates and 4-5 almonds in warm milk (2-3 tablespoons) for 5-10 minute then blend into a smooth paste ✨Soak Saffron: In a small bowl, add the saffron strands to 2 tablespoons of warm milk. Let it soak for a few minutes until the milk turns a rich yellow color. ✨Cook the Milk: In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk on low-medium flame. Add the prepared dates-almond paste to the milk and mix well. Stir to combine the add Saffron Milk. ✨Pour the saffron-infused milk into the saucepan and stir then add the crushed pistachios and extra crushed almonds to the milk. ✨Let the milk come to a gentle boil. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Serve: Pour into a mug or glass.
