Tips from my experience 👇🏻 - i waited for 12 hours at home thinking its not active labour and from the fear of cervical check, if I would have visited hospital earlier , I could have got epidural earlier and would not have to bear so so much pain - epidural is the best thing made for birth procedure, I cant imagine pushing without it, so yes dont think too much, if you want to deliver vagi*ally its okay, take that epidural, i know older people in India are not in favour of it, but its the best medical invention, get it mama - i always use to think how will it be when the final moment come, i mean nak*d in front of medical team , should i shave , what should i wear , what if I poop or fart, but when the moment come, you are in so much pain , all those thoughts vanish from your mind and the medical teams are also so good, they dont care any of those things.
