It’s a mix of physical exhaustion, emotional overload, and unspoken expectations that no one talks about. During pregnancy, a woman’s entire world shifts, Her body, her identity, her sense of control. She’s scared, tired, and often silently wondering, “Will my life ever feel normal again?” And when she doesn’t feel emotionally supported, the resentment doesn’t come out as sadness, it comes out as criticism.
