And the heartbreaking part is — most mothers don’t even notice it happening. You deserve love that doesn’t require self-destruction. You deserve rest without guilt. You deserve support too. And you deserve a life where your happiness matters just as much as everyone else’s. Choosing yourself doesn’t make you selfish. It makes you human. Maybe it’s time to stop carrying everything alone.
