📍Vanilla Miel, Bandra Vanilla Miel felt like stepping into a cosy little pocket of comfort, the kind that smells like coffee, butter and happiness ✨ Started with the VM House Phin coffee, slow-brewed and velvety, deep and bold with the creamiest finish (had it without ice because I love lingering over warm flavours ☕). Also tried the Iced Bonbon, double espresso with condensed milk — sweet, strong and such a mood! For food, the Humshuka was a wholesome hug on a plate — sunny side up eggs, creamy hummus, spiced shakshuka and sourdough to scoop it all up. The Cajun Spiced Chicken Strawberry Sandwich surprised me (in the best way!) — Hokkaido milk bread, marinated chicken and strawberries coming together so beautifully. And then… dessert heaven- Rhubarb Berry & Vanilla Bean French Toast, pillowy brioche drenched in honey and Canadian maple syrup.
