Tai Chi! What an end to a chaotic Monday! . Got introduced to Tai Chi under the amazing guidance of @shaolinwarrior_hursshverma at @coreclubb9 . Did some great breath work with hand movements where the mind and body both connected and got energised. . Ended the session with some calming meditation and I felt home feeling more peaceful and relaxed. #taichi #breathworkhealing
