My daughter had suddenly stopped sitting in her high chair and I kept wondering why. Then I made one simple change — I started letting her self-feed COMPLETELY whenever she sits in it. As from starting I try to self feed her mostly but still as mom of 2 its become tiring sometime. Yes, it gets messy. Very messy🙈 sometimes the thought of cleaning everything again feels exhausting. But messy eating is actually how babies explore textures, learn about food, and build independence. Its her time to learn and explore. And now? She happily sits in her high chair… as long as she gets to feed herself. Sometimes the mess we try to avoid… is actually part of their learning. 💛 If you have a query comment down below.
