Mistakes I made as a first time mom vs 2nd time.. 1. During pregnancy I didn't had nutritious diet (like dry fruits, boiled eggs, protein rich food) which leads to weakness and late recovery after delivery. 2. Didn't latch my 1st born till first 24hrs. Also no one suggested that to do so which leads to delay in milk production and latch establishment. As per all milk will come after 3 days🫣. 3. Given top feed initially as other thought the supply is less. Which hampered the supply more. As breastfeeding has demand and supply rule, more you feed more you make. 4. Allow malishwali to massage my 1st born that too before 1 month. Our Paediatrician informed us, not to do malish till baby turns 1 month old and malish need to done by only family members. 5. Didn't prioritize myself or didn't ask help. I wanted to do all by myself for my baby. Leading to stress and lack of sleep. This time whenever I need rest or make baby burp specially at night time I ask husband to help. Hope it will helpful to anyone🙏 What you can seen in my page- Breastfeeding tips, Motherhood, newborn care, tiffin ideas, Kids Activities Happy Motherhood @bhumikanlittlemunchkin #Breastfeeding #postpartum #newborncare #newborn #newmom #momslife #momstruggles #momslove #pregnancylife #pregnancyfoods #prego #maternity #postnatal #postpartumjourney #babiesofinstagram #4thtrimester #9thmonthpregnancy #pregnancyannouncement #lactation #selfcare [Pregnancy, breastfeeding, postpartum, new born, new mom, parents, mom life, selfcare, lactation]
