It’s made with Ragi and Bajra and sweetened with jaggery and dates powder. 3. Sesame Sprinkle – On his no food days, I just sprinkle sesame seeds on top of bread toast. He eats it happily and gets extra calcium too. 4. Veggie Pasta Sauce – I blend capsicum, carrots, peas into the pasta sauce — he never even notices! 5. Paneer Topping – Instead of cheese, I grate paneer on top of his pasta — soft, tasty, and full of protein.
