SAVE this recipe of Cinnamon Starburst Bread for your on the go breakfast needs and I’m sure your family and friends will love them ❤️ This version of the cinnamon bread is easy to share too 💝 💝💝💝 Ingredients Dry mix : 2.5 cup flour + 1 tsp salt + 1/3 cup oil Yeast Mix : 1 cup almond milk + 2 tsp active yeast + 2 tbsp sugar Filling : 1/3 cup butter + 1.5 tbsp cinnamon + 1/2 cup sugar Method 1. Make the yeast mix and set aside. 2. Mix the dry ingredients together and then add the yeast mix to this. 3. Knead it into a dough ball and set aside till it doubles. 4. Make the filling mix with the mentioned ingredients. 5. Once the dough has risen divide it into 4 equal parts. 6. Roll out each ball into a 9” diameter and spread 1/3 of the filling mix end to end. 7. Repeat this twice and then add the last top layer. 8. Place a small bowl in the centre and cut the circle into 16 parts and twist each part. Join two together so you have 8. 9. Transfer this flower on a baking dish and bake at 180 deg C for 35 minutes.
