New day, new flavor adventure! I had the joy of attending Ayushi’s homecoming supper club in her childhood home in Kolkata. She’s been hosting strangers for over three years, and every menu is thoughtfully themed. This one was a vibrant Mexican-Indian fusion. The setting was intimate and communal, with incredible food, drinks, and stories from across the globe. The Mexican dishes had such bold spice that my taste buds were dancing – felt like we were on the streets of Mexico City. Truly unforgettable!
