From exceptional estates, thoughtfully sourced beans, and six carefully curated coffees, this festival showcases the remarkable diversity of Indian estates. It’s a collaboration with their coffee partner, Bili Hu Coffee ☕️ * San Ramon Gunibyle Estate delivers a dark chocolate, raisin & pomegranate experience (my fav) * Koji Fermented Herbal Estate presents a depth of stone fruit, dried pineapple and maple. * Lot 19 Kalledevarapura Estate features a dark chocolate, rose plum, and jaggery sweetness. * Krishna Estate offers a brightness of peach, apricot, and plum. * The 100% Arabica Vienna Roast boasts cocoa richness with a smoky, cherry-like finish. * Rum Barrel Aged Coffee brings warmth with apple crumble and malty richness (my fav) You can brew coffee to your taste using an Aeropress, pour-over, French press, Chemex, or inverted Aeropress. Each method gives you a different feel. Pour-over being my favourite!
