The pork ball soup from Lee Eating House. I've ordered it repeatedly over the last few months and it's remained steadily and consistently one of my favourite things to eat. It's unmistakably porky, with a lovely bounce, and the skin absorbs a good deal of the broth, which is runny, seasoned well, and consists of a bit of spring onion greens that wilts by the time it comes to my house, adding a touch of sweetness that I enjoy immensely.
