One Pot Series | Ep. 3 🤍 Chinese Style Macaroni — spicy, saucy & full street-style flavour. Agar kuch quick, chatpata aur satisfying banana ho… this one just hits 👀 Save this for later! 📝 INGREDIENTS: • 1 cup macaroni • 6 garlic cloves • 1 onion (medium) • 1/4 cup capsicum • 1/4 cup carrot • 1 tbsp vinegar • 1 tbsp soya sauce • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup • 1 tbsp chilli sauce • 3 tbsp oil • 1 tsp red chilli powder • Salt to taste • Cornflour + water • Cheese 👩‍🍳 METHOD (One Pot): Boil macaroni in the same pot, drain & keep aside. In the same pot, heat oil. Add garlic. Add onion + veggies, cook on high flame. Add all sauces + spices. Add macaroni, mix well. Add cornflour slurry for that glossy texture.
