I recently ordered from The Dough Therapy, a premium cloud kitchen that specializes in fresh dough pizza and offers a variety of Vegan, Vegetarian, and Jain pizzas. Here's what I had and what I thought of each dish: 1. Dough Knots with Garlic Butter: These are small sized knot shaped breads. They were served with a rich garlic butter that made them very tasty. 2. Watermelon Feta Salad: This salad was very refreshing. It had cubes of watermelon and feta cheese garnished with Mint leaves creating a perfect balance of flavors. 3. Aglio Olio Pasta: This is a classic Italian pasta made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes. It was simple but very flavorful. 4. Macaroni Hotpot: This was a baked dish with macaroni pasta, baked beans, cheese, and a creamy sauce. It was incredibly delicious and comforting. 5. Quattro Formaggi Pizza: I had ordered a 18" cheese pizza with artisanal crust which had four different types of cheese. It was rich and very satisfying for cheese lovers. 6. Thin Crust Speziato Burrata Pizza: This pizza had a thin crust and was topped with fresh, creamy burrata cheese, cherry tomatoes, chilli. It was light and full of flavor. 7. Lotus Biscoff Pizza: This dessert pizza had a sweet topping made from Lotus Biscoff spread. It was unique and very indulgent. 8. Blueberry Cheesecake: This dessert was a classic cheesecake topped with fresh blueberries. It was creamy and delicious. The Dough Therapy is definitely a must-try for all Vegetarians and Vegans.
