Dinner at Kim Fa, Tangra — Kolkata’s OG Chinatown Experience 🥢 I swear, this 65-year-old spot in Tangra — Kolkata’s very own Chinatown — has to be one of my all-time favourites. Tucked just behind the Chinese Kali Temple, Kim Fa has been serving authentic, no-frills Indo-Chinese since the 1950s — long before “Chinese” became a citywide craze. The décor hasn’t changed much, the chairs still creak, and the walls smell faintly of soy and wok smoke — but that’s exactly what makes it real.
