
My Red Carpet Era 👑 From SIIMA to IFFI to Cannes Film Festival (2022–2023–2024–2025), I have had the honour of walking the red carpets of some of the world’s greatest film festivals. The little girl who became an actor — clueless, without any support, in a completely new place, among people she didn’t know, acting in languages she didn’t speak — yes, it is truly a great achievement. Moreover, I am proud that, as an actor and producer, I have never had to pay for red carpet tickets, awards, nominations, articles, or media space. My producer instinct has always been to invest in a good project and move mountains to bring it to international platforms through the network I have built over the years. I proudly walk the red carpet representing my projects, rather than paying for the opportunity. In fact, I earn money with every red carpet I walk (which might annoy some people), but it’s important to understand that every individual’s journey is different. My journey started much before you ever knew my name. There may be people who choose to pay to achieve a similar experience, and that is completely alright — if it serves their purpose, if they know what they are doing, and if it is worth it for them. Meanwhile, I hope my entry will always be through films and projects that represent my people, their work, the stories of my land, and my culture.
