When in doubt, stir-fry it Thai style! 🇹🇭 Pad Kra Prow — spicy, garlicky, fragrant, and so satisfying. Serve it with jasmine rice and a crispy fried egg on top 🍳🔥 🥢 Ingredients: For 2 servings: • 500 gms ground chicken • Avocado oil • 1 onion • 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped • 4 Thai green chilies (adjust to spice preference), finely chopped • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tsp fish sauce (optional for veg, skip) • ½ tsp sugar • • A handful of fresh Thai basil leaves • Green onions • Sesame seeds • Peanuts • 1 fried egg per serving (optional but must-have) • Cooked jasmine rice to serve 🔥 Recipe: 1. Prep: Finely chop onion, garlic and chilies. 2. Sauté: Heat oil in a pan or wok. Add onion, garlic and chilies, stir-fry until fragrant 3. Cook protein: Add ground chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. 4. Add Thai basil leaves and spring onions 5. Sauce it up: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well until the sauce coats the meat evenly. 6. Finish: Turn off the heat and Mix until wilted. 7. Add sesame seeds and peanuts (optional but taste good) 8.
