#collaboration Finally made it to the award-winning Burma Burma in Bengaluru. ✨ Started with their famous Samosa Soup, the perfect introduction to Burmese flavours. For starters, we tried the Wa Potato and Grilled That Bao. Both were delicious, but the Bao stood out with its soft texture, smoky flavour, and perfect balance of ingredients. 🔥 Paired it with Smoked Guava and Mango Raspberry Bubble Tea, and the combination worked really well. 🍹 For the main course, Uncle Maung’s Noodles brought together spicy garlic flavours and crunchy vegetables in every bite. 🍜 Ended the meal with the Silk Route Sundae, a dessert that was as unique in presentation as it was in taste. The flavours and textures came together beautifully. 🍨 From the food to the overall experience, Burma Burma offers a memorable journey through Burmese cuisine.
