
#collaboration For the first time ever, I had a Chef’s Table experience where the chef cooked right in front of me and fed me bite by bite — one of the most unique dining moments I’ve had at Indian Biere House JP Nagar. Every dish on this Mediterranean menu had its own story. The Beyli Kebab Chicken was juicy and perfectly marinated with aromatic Middle Eastern spices that hit the palate just right. The Adana Kebab, freshly grilled by Chef Gokhan himself, had that smoky charcoal aroma and melt-in-the-mouth texture you can’t stop thinking about. The Turkey Eggs were surprisingly creamy and rich — something you don’t often find in Bengaluru restaurants. Lamb Chops came tender with a delicate spice rub that balanced flavor and fat beautifully. And finally, that Baklava… crisp, buttery, layered with pistachio and just the right sweetness — easily the best Baklava I’ve tasted in the city. This entire Mediterranean tasting menu at Indian Biere House JP Nagar, this experience is something you shouldn’t miss.
