A quick starter recipe for your New Year party – Tandoori Chicken Wings 📌Recipe- In a bowl, add mustard oil and Manpasand Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
Next, add curd, ginger garlic paste, Manpasand Turmeric Powder, Manpasand Coriander Powder, Manpasand Garam Masala, black salt, dry mango powder, kasuri methi, and lemon juice. Mix everything nicely. Now add gram flour and whisk well until the marinade becomes smooth and well combined.
Add the chicken wings and coat them evenly with the spice mix. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Airfry the chicken wings at 180°C for 10–15 minutes on each side until cooked and nicely charred.
