When you dream of a shape a year ago and complete it ... actually this dream was of many yrs but alwys was on bulk side ...with minimum carbs ..no protein or after workout shakes ...just liquid diet ..n finally you are in shape of a lifetime i wanted to achieve.. ...still can do alot of improvements way lot ..but im happy with progress ..#blessed #leanmuscle #imrajali #2026
