I did not want to post this pic in feed.. but I wanted to share something to everyone... there is lot of Myth out there don't believe the hype... I'm in the gym in Mecca just before fasting finishes just casually went there... Last two months have been just the most testing period of my life with my business, personally and everything so I stopped working out completely.. but one thing I did not stop is clean eating n intermittent fasting and soon I realized my body really needed this... So things changed for the better... of course will get back to workout but now in different form... But wat I mean to say to everyone that trust me it's proven result I just seen my body, my weight everything is in so so best shape cause it matters wat you eat.. Nothing else.. I repeat nothing else matters other than wat you eat.. I'm more in control now.... but will be joining calisthenics soon..
