No more #sundayscaries here ✨ • • Today I’m reflecting on everything I’ve accomplished so far during the quarantine that I’m proud of: 1. Working out 19/22 days so far. Been enjoying the @becurefit live sessions. They’re all currently free and you can cast them from your phone/tablet/laptop onto your tv as well! My fav sessions are the dance and the strength and conditioning 💪🏾 2. Finished a handwriting for beginners class by @adamvicarel hosted on therealbluprint. This truly challenged the perfectionist in me to let loose a little and be open to constantly reworking my sketches ✏️ 3. Finished reading @nayyirah.Waheed’s salt. I cannot recommend this collection of poetry enough! If you like reading about themes of racism, blackness, immigration - this one is for you 📖 • • Also I CANNOT stress this enough - do not feel like you constantly have to be achieving things during this time. A lot has been uncertain and the news can also be highly fatiguing. If all you do today or every day for the rest of the quarantine is nothing, then that’s okay too. These are just some things I’m proud of, because I’ve quite frankly had a shit quarantine, and I sometimes forget to notice how far I’ve come ✨ | 📸: @niharikanathanscott
