Still can’t put into words what these 3 days at Isha Foundation content creator retreat meant to me ✨ Grateful to have been selected among 30 creators from across India 💕 From soulful yoga sessions at sunrise, fun games that brought us all together, to delicious Satvik meals prepared with so much love- every moment felt special. Walking barefoot across the ashram, learning in silence and meditating in powerful spaces - I now understand what Sadhguru means when he says inner engineering is a possibility for all🧘🏻‍♀️💫 This retreat wasn’t just an event, it was a pause… a deep breath… a reset.
