Spectacular View of the Bovilla Lake! 🤩 This stunning landscape you see in the picture above is located in Albania. 🇦🇱 And Yes, it is very close to the capital, Tirana. Bovilla Lake (or Bovilla reservoir) is one of the most amazing hidden gems of Albania. This reservoir provides most of the drinking water for the capital of Albania, Tirana. Located around 15 km from the capital of Albania, Tirana, makes the place very reachable. You can go there for a picnic or if you want some more adventures you can hike to the Gamti mountain where the view of Bovilla Lake is amazing. It is formed in the upper part of the Terkuze River, located between two mountain ranges, Kruje – Dajt and Skenderbe – Mali me Gropa, a space lying in the areas of Kruje and Tirana. If you look around, you will see the green peaks of the mountains that give the lake its astonishing view. You will see in the west the mountains of Gamti and Brari, as well as the mountain of Dajti in the southeast.
