Eid with Italian dinner at @ilfornouae 😍 . . So, Sonakshi had been craving Italian for quite some time, and thus, we decided to go for an authentic Italian dinner at none other than IL FORNO. . . There are plenty of Il Forno branches across Abu Dhabi, and we decided to head to Al Wahda Mall. Well, to start with, the availability of a wide variety of choices left us oscillating - 'let's try this, no let's try that' 😄😄 And as always, a staff-member happily intervened to help us decide. 😍 She suggested us the Penne Al Peperoncino (one of their signature penne pasta - tomato sauce, grilled chicken, fresh creamy sauce, parmesan cheese.) along with Oceanica (Seafood Pizza - Mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, smoked Norwegian salmon, shrimp, calamari, capers, garlic, rucola). We also ended up ordering a plate of Mozzarella Carozza (mozzarella sticks), Garlic Bread and a Chicken Barbeque Pizza, along with a couple of fresh juices. (yup, I know, that's a lot... but we were super hungry and wanted to try a lot of things 🤩) . . To say that the items were delicious will be an understatement. Each one was absolutely amazing, especially the Penne Al Peperoncino! It was by far the best penne pasta we both had had ever! And the portion size was pretty generous, to say the least. . . We truly loved the experience of dining at @ilfornouae and would definitely be visiting there again!
