Chicken platter🍗🤤 Such succulent chicken platter, oh yes and kheer is just what whether is demanding right now. The platter has: 🍗chicken dum biryani 🍗shahi chicken korma 🍗tawa chicken & 🍗naan Just what needed😍 Shahi chicken korma, its richness in gravy, the texture of the chicken and the taste is just finger licking good and unforgettable 😍 Wanna taste something mind blowing ! Go for it All you need 🍗chicken(with bone) 🍗cashews 🍗fried onions 🍗whole spices (bay leaves, cloves, peppercorns, cardamom, cinnamon stick, mace, grated nutmeg) 🍗ginger garlic paste 🍗red chilli powder 🍗coriander powder 🍗turmeric powder 🍗salt 🍗curd 🍗garam masala 🍗kasuri methi Start with grinding your cashew and onion paste for that, add some cashews soaked in hot water and fried onions in the grinder and grind to thick and smooth paste. Now, marinate your chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and salt. Marinate for about 15min. Heat up a kadai, add some ghee and some oil, add your whole spices, add the marinated chicken. Sear the chicken on high flame till the chicken gets semi cooked. Now, turn the flame low and add your curd mixture (1cup curd, 2tbsp red chilli powder, 3tbsp coriander powder and 1tsp turmeric powder Whisk well so that no lumps are formed). Stir continuously as you add the curd. ( you can adjust the consistency by adding oil bit of water) Bring it to a boil, add some salt to taste. Cover and cook on medium flame for about 20 min while stirring in intervals. Now, add the cashew and onion paste and mix well. Cover and cook for 10min. Then, add 2tsp garam masala and some crushed kasuri methi. Cover and dum your korma on low flame for 5min. There you go, your rich, creamy shahi chicken gravy is ready.
