Every once in a while I get caught up In my trauma In my sorrows In my troubles In my thoughts And every once in a while I open my gallery To remind myself of the memories. The memories of the Food I ate, People I loved Places I visited Water I touched Sunsets I saw Laughters I had And I’m instantly filled with immense gratitude for my life Because as long as I have my memories, I have my gratitude in abundance 🧿♥️ P.s- here’s an incredible view of the beach in a small town in the Costa Brava region of Spain called Roses.
