
This is my all time favorite and healthy tooo ✨🫶🏻😍 Burrito bowl: Mexican rice bowl 1. To make salsa, chop onion, tomato, coriander. Add pinch of salt and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix everything together. 2. For paneer, cut paneer into cubes add whatever veggies you may have. In a heated oiled pan add paneer veggies and cook with chipotle sauce. 3. For sour cream, I am using hung curd, 1 tsp lemon juice and salt. (Healthy version) 4. For beans, take oil add ginger garlic, onion cook it till golden brown. Add boiled Rajma, jeera powder, red chilly powder, salt, coriander powder. Cook and add coriander. 5. Assemble everything together, I have also added boiled corn.
