Presenting to you my 12am menu ✨🫶🏻 Caramelised pnion pasta recipe: 1. Slice onion thinly and then add to a pan olive oil/ butter cook onion till caramelised. Then add chopped garlic. 2. Add 1 tsp chilly flakes oregano and half cup cream. Give it a good mix and add black pepper and salt. Add 1/4 cup of pasta water (depending on the sauce consistency your like you may add more) to adjust consistency. 3. Add cheese and then add your boiled pasta. Garnish with cheese/basil.
