In my late 30s, after 30+ trips (and counting… or not) I can safely say I love Goa. From celebrating my bachelorette in my early 20s (read: chaos, cocktails, and zero regrets) to now planning slower days with spa bookings and beach walks and travelling with family, Goa has literally grown up with me or maybe somewhere between those visits, I grew up. It’s seen my wild nights, my hungover mornings, my loudest laughs with friends in North Goa, dancing on the bar table with my sisters! From dancing till sunrise with friends to sipping something fancy while watching Kooni play in the sand in the southern part of Goa, the place remained the same but it saw completely different versions of Pri. I once thought I’d move here. But maybe the magic is in coming back. In the excitement, the nostalgia, the “this place again” feeling.
