Fix one study time daily Same time = automatic habit. Your brain learns: “Now it’s study mode.” ✅ 3. Use minimum target days Even on low-energy days, do: 20 MCQs 30 mins revision 1 chapter reading Small wins keep streak alive 🔥 ✅ 4. Stop chasing perfect days Missed one day? Continue next day.
