Most students don’t struggle with studying… they struggle with starting after class. You come home tired, sit for “5 mins”, open your phone… and the day is gone 📱❌ 🎯 Here’s how to actually sit and study after class: ✅ 1. Don’t sit idle after coming home Freshen up, eat something light, and go straight to your desk. If you relax too long, momentum is gone. ✅ 2. Follow the 15-minute rule Tell yourself: I’ll study only for 15 mins. Starting is the hardest part. Once you begin, you usually continue. ✅ 3. Revise the same day’s class first Open today’s notes and quickly revise concepts taught in class. Same-day revision = stronger memory + less backlog later. ✅ 4. Solve 10–15 questions immediately Whatever chapter was taught, practice a few questions the same day. This turns passive learning into active learning. ✅ 5. Use a 50-10 study block 50 mins deep focus + 10 mins break. Much better than fake 3-hour study sessions. ✅ 6. Keep phone away Phone near you = guaranteed distraction. Keep it in another room if possible. ⚡ Golden Rule: Class learning + same-day revision + same-day questions = fastest improvement. Don’t wait for motivation. Sit first, motivation comes later. 👋 Hey, if you’re seeing this page for the first time — I’m Ayush. ( @aggrowws ).
