More than 49 school students from different parts of Barpeta district are actively participating in Lower Assam’s one of the most loved events, the Kayakuchi Book and Trade Fair. The fair, which starts today 16th of December and will continue till 22nd December, aims to encourage reading habits, creativity, and cultural learning among young students. Schools from across the district have shown great enthusiasm by sending students to take part in various activities connected to books, art, culture, and knowledge sharing. Teachers and organisers said such participation helps students explore literature beyond textbooks and builds confidence, curiosity, and awareness from an early age. With books, culture, performances, and learning coming together, the Kayakuchi Book and Trade Fair continues to play an important role in shaping young minds and strengthening the educational spirit of the region.
