One of the best cooking experiences I’ve had in NYC! 🇮🇳✨ @mojimasala x @fairwaymarket on the Upper West Side, all while supporting @cityharvestnyc and their Fight Hunger initiative. ❤️ Nothing brings people together quite like good food, and this special evening with @mojimasala and @fairwaymarket was filled with flavor, culture, and purpose. We cooked a delicious Indian feast from scratch:🔥 Tandoori Chicken Dahl Masala & Aloo Rasedar Masala! Alongside fresh cucumber raita and radish chutney & naan! I loved learning how easy authentic Indian cooking can be with Moji Masala’s fresh-ground, dish-specific spice blends. No stress, no complicated ingredient list, just incredible flavor in every bite. The best part? Every ticket purchased helps provide 58 meals to local children through @cityharvestnyc’s Share Lunch, Fight Hunger initiative. ❤️ What I loved most was how easy moji masala’s fresh-ground, dish-specific spice blends make cooking authentic Indian food at home, no guesswork, no overflowing spice cabinet, just one packet = one dish. Good food. Great company. An even greater cause. Food has always been a way to connect people, preserve traditions, and tell stories.
