The samosa chaat and bhel puri were packed with texture and spice, while the Bindi (okra) & Butter Chicken nachos came out flavorful. The biryani options are comforting, aromatic, and generously portioned. The standout of the night was easily the “Law of the Jungle” cocktail. Made with Privateer Silver Reserve, Plantation 5-Year Rum, pineapple curry shrub, cardamom bitters, ginger, jaggery, and lime, it’s layered, tropical, slightly smoky, and beautifully balanced. The tiger logo stenciled into the foam adds a dramatic touch that makes it one of the most memorable cocktails in New Haven right now.
