I may explore many more countries in the future. hopefully. but I know in my heart that Türkiye will always be the place I carry with me for a lifetime. as an achievement, as the story I will somehow slip into every conversation for eternity. about how I fulfilled a dream I had held for twelve years, even if people grow tired of hearing or reading about it. daydreaming of being in Turkey kept me going for so many years even when hope felt distant. and now the memories of the life I lived there, even for just a month, will carry me forward forever, I think. and i hope that anyone who has spent months or years daydreaming about their own favourite destination gets to be there someday. and feel that quiet, blissful joy exactly as they imagined it in their dreams.
