Realistic weekly meal plan for my 6–7 month baby Note: Begin with just one food at a time. Once your baby is comfortable, you can start combining foods. For example: start with only mashed banana, and after a week or two you can add ragi with banana. Every baby progresses differently, so go at your baby’s pace.
